The SM482 Plus pick-and-place machine utilizes a product that enables medium-speed machines to achieve high-speed placement, specifically the On-the-Fly recognition method. It supports components ranging from 0603 to 22mm ICs and features a high-resolution vision system with a 45mm camera capable of identifying components up to 42mm with a 0.4mm fine pitch.

It can achieve a high-precision placement of IC components with a tolerance of 30μm and supports Polygon for easy registration of complex-shaped components.

The Panorama View function 

combines images of components that exceed the camera's field of view (FOV) range into a single panoramic image. This allows for simple calibration of pickup/placement positions and provides an optimal solution for irregular SMD (Surface-Mount Device) components.
