The SM471 Plus is a high-performance pick-and-place machine featuring a 10-spindle head, 2 gantries, and new flying vision technology. It delivers a world-class speed of 78,000 CPH, with significant improvements over the original SM471. The machine can handle components ranging from 0402 (01005 inch) to 14mm ICs. By using high-speed, high-precision electric feeders, it boosts actual productivity and placement quality. The 2-gantry dual-lane structure supports various placement modes, maximizing the production capacity of the SM series.

The Dual Lane Shuttle Conveyor structure maximizes the production capacity of the SM series. Dual Lane production not only enhances the productivity of small PCBs but also ensures the capability to handle large PCBs through the use of the Shuttle Conveyor.

 If an issue occurs with one placement head or if a feeder runs out of components, the other heads can compensate, allowing continuous production without the need for a shutdown.
