Samsung SMT machine SM451
The SM451 is a high-precision multifunction pick-and-place machine built on the SM421 platform, featuring a high-precision pressure-controlled head. It uses X-Y axis linear scales to improve placement accuracy and can handle a range of components from tiny 0402 QFPs at 4,000 CPH (IPC9850) to 57x42mm ICs, long connectors, bare chips, and PiP insertion components. Additionally, it supports components up to 28mm in height and is equipped with a Gripper nozzle, which allows for handling POP, pin lift confirmation, and back-reflection, enabling the placement of specialized components.

High-precision Force Control is suitable for Z-axis Force Control systems with a controllable range of 0.1N to 50N, enabling precise mounting of PiP (Pin-in-Paste) components, Flip Chips, and other similar components.
