3D-SPI
3D SPI uses a 3D approach to inspect the condition of printed solder paste, analyze defects and causes in the production process, and help improve product quality. It is equipped with a 25-megapixel main camera and is a cost-effective 3D SPI solution capable of detecting solder pads as small as 0201mm.
