HeChuan Intelligent has introduced a new Up-Down Dual-View Smart AOI, offering faster, more accurate, and more intelligent inspection for electronic manufacturing. The system uses advanced AI vision technology to enable one-click programming and automatic defect detection, covering issues such as wrong components, missing parts, misalignment, and solder bridges.
With dual cameras, RGBW lighting, and high-resolution 20MP/12MP imaging, the AOI delivers high-precision, multi-angle inspection. It can reliably detect defects like insufficient solder, tombstoning, empty solder, damage, and foreign objects. Equipped with a high-performance CPU, GPU, and 64GB memory, it supports stable, high-speed inspection at 0.23 sec/FOV.
The system is compatible with multiple conveyor heights, supports up/down board transfer, and connects to MES for full traceability.
